Through your coaching programme we will investigate the causes of your unhealthy stress. By understanding the causes, we can help you to find solutions. Potential ways to reduce stress include looking at yourself and the world differently, being assertive, exercising more and working less.
When you experience burnout, you go into survival mode. Through your coaching programme we will work on your recovery. The main goal is to get you back to really living your life, feeling more relaxed and in harmony with yourself. As part of our stress management coaching programmes, we provide body-oriented relaxation exercises and meditations. Once you are more relaxed, we can investigate the causes of your burnout. Based on these causes, we can find solutions that work for you to ensure you never end up in this situation again.
Being overworked means that you no longer have any energy reserves. When you are overworked, you are often tired, tense, irritable, emotionally unstable, you have concentration problems and sometimes you sleep poorly. It is the result of an imbalance between things that cause stress and the ability to process this stress. Tension can be a precursor to burnout.
Burnout does not occur suddenly, but gradually. There are often signs at an early stage. You are tired before and after work and do not feel like going to work. If you ignore these early signals and you keep going as before, there will come a time when you have to stop. This is the moment when it really doesn’t work anymore. That is the moment when you are actually exhausted and in a burnout.

I have never done any type of counseling or coaching before. This was a new step for me, so didn't know what to expect. I had a good connection with my coach Marc Keller. He suits a tranquil energy and he asks questions. Oh, he asks questions, believe me. Questions that helped me to get deeper into my core and to what I really want and what was blocking my thoughts to achieve what was in front of me.
Marc really helped me with my new career choice. He listens carefully and asks sharp questions that really got me moving. But the exercises during the sessions were also transparent. I like that he uses both spiritual knowledge and experience and can put it (humorously) in perspective. In 4 steps you work together with the coach from your objective to the result to be achieved. In addition to this coaching model, we work with various instruments that have proven their effectiveness.
At the beginning of the stress and burnout coaching, the goal of the process is determined. During the coaching we help you to increase your self-awareness, so that more insight and understanding is obtained in thinking, acting and feeling.
Your potential is the sum of your talents, skills and experience. It is your strength. Living and working from your strength is the path to happiness. In this phase you will also investigate what prevents you from harnessing your full potential.
Inspiration is what your heart goes for, what drives and motivates you. Living and working from inspiration gives energy. The other way around, it costs energy if you neglect your inspiration and personal drive.
Finally, we help to increase you personal leadership: achieve real results with new insights in self-awareness, inspiration and increased potential.
We charge €165 (ex. VAT) per hour for coaching. However, because we believe coaching should be accessible to everyone, we offer individuals and freelancers a discount. You can book single sessions or 4, 6 or 8 session programmes. Each session last approximately 1.5 hours.
