I have never done any type of counseling or coaching before. This was a new step for me, so didn't know what to expect. I had a good connection with my coach Marc Keller. He suits a tranquil energy and he asks questions. Oh, he asks questions, believe me. Questions that helped me to get deeper into my core and to what I really want and what was blocking my thoughts to achieve what was in front of me.
I came to Zayra of Het Groei Atelier with many questions about my personal and professional development. She asked very good questions so that I not only found answers in myself, but also started asking the right questions about my own actions. Together we set achievable goals using the handy workbook. I have experienced the coaching programme as a good reflection of my motives and career so far. During the process you get to know yourself better; what kind of person am I and where do I get my energy in daily life and my work environment? The process teaches you to go back to the basics of yourself, not to think in frames and to find out your own motives.
I experienced the coaching as very pleasant. The assignments in the handbook gave direction to discussing various components that play a role in career development; values such as qualities, interests, work / life balance. The coach himself gave practical tips and advice, but also raised awareness questions. In any case, I deliberately and intentionally look forward to the coming years!
Marc really helped me with my new career choice. He listens carefully and asks sharp questions that really got me moving. But the exercises during the sessions were also transparent. I like that he uses both spiritual knowledge and experience and can put it (humorously) in perspective. He is genuine and committed and I would recommend him to people with personal and professional questions.
