How we work
Introduction & Goal Setting
At your no obligation introductory session, your coach will work with you to identify your goals and recommend one of our coaching programmes.
Insight & Self-Awareness
During your coaching sessions, we will build your self-awareness so you can gain greater insight and understanding of your qualities, talents, skills, obstacles and challenges.
Self-Leadership
We will help you to develop your self-leadership and achieve real results. During this stage, we help you to make a plan, identify concrete actions and overcome challenges with confidence.
Review & Evaluation
Once you finish your coaching programme, the real challenge begins: putting what you’ve learnt into practice. We are always keen to hear about what you’ve learnt and how you found the process. Your feedback helps us to keep our standards high.
Our Rates
We charge €165 (ex. VAT) per hour for coaching. However, because we believe coaching should be accessible to everyone, we offer individuals and freelancers a discount. You can book single sessions or 4, 6 or 8 session programmes. Each session last approximately 1.5 hours.
Private individuals
€115 per hour (incl. VAT)
Freelancers:
€115 per hour (ex. VAT)
Companies
€165 per hour (ex. VAT)
Reimbursement
Tax deductible: The cost of coaching is a tax-deductible allowable expense for self-employed people and small business owners.
