Our coaches undertake regular professional training to boost their knowledge and experience. What’s more, they periodically pair up with fellow coaches and trainers so they can learn from each other.
Coaching is a form of guidance that aims to change people in a positive way. Coaching is suitable for healthy people and is based on the belief that there are opportunities for change in the ongoing interaction between insight and behaviour. (Source Wikipedia)
Illness is not the starting point of coaching and healing is not the goal. Neither therapy nor giving advice – such as career advice – is part of coaching.
The introductory session is an opportunity for you and your coach to meet for the first time. During this session you will explore whether the coach can help you with your specific issue. You will also explore whether you ‘click’ with your coach. This is essential for good cooperation. After the initial conversation, your coach will advise you on the type of coaching programme and the number of sessions required to help you with your issue.
Introduction & Goal Setting: At your introductory session, your coach will work with you to identify your goals and recommend one of our coaching programmes.
Insight & Self-Awareness: During your coaching sessions, we will build your self-awareness so you can gain greater insight and understanding of your qualities, talents, skills, obstacles and challenges.
Self-Leadership: We will help you to develop your self-leadership and achieve real results. Here we help you to make a plan, identify concrete actions and overcome challenges with confidence.
Review & Evaluation: Once you finish your coaching programme, the real challenge begins: putting what you’ve learnt into practice. We are always keen to hear about what you’ve learnt and how you found the process. It helps us to keep our standards high.
Some of our coaches are available after office hours. Bear in mind that coaching is more expensive in the evening than during office hours.
