Our Outplacement Coaches
All our outplacement coaches are professional and passionate, ensuring we deliver a high-quality experience. Meet a career coach nearby for a free, no obligation introductory session and discover what career coaching can do for you.
All our coaches have
- Completed at least 2 accredited coaching courses
- At least three years of experience as a coach or trainer
- Have at least five years of corporate work experience
- Completed a higher professional education (HBO) or research university (WO) diploma
- Drive, commitment and empathy

Losing your job can have a huge impact on your life
Losing your job is a major life event, regardless of whether or not you had a consultation at work. It can lead to significant stress and cause mental and emotional strain. That’s why supporting you to manage your stress is integral to our outplacement programme. Not only will we listen to your concerns, but we will support you to lower your stress levels.

Use your transition payment
If you are dismissed or if your employment contract is not renewed, in most cases you will get a transition payment. You are entitled to this severance payment under Dutch law. The transition payment is intended to help you find a new source of income. You can increase your chances of finding a new job using an outplacement programme.
Private individuals
€109 per hour (incl. VAT)
Freelancers:
€109 per hour (ex. VAT)
Companies
€165 per hour (ex. VAT)
Our Rates
We charge €165 (ex. VAT) per hour for coaching. However, because we believe coaching should be accessible to everyone, we offer individuals and freelancers a discount of up to 50%. You can book single sessions or 4, 6 or 8 session programmes. Each session last approximately 1.5 hours.
