About Het Groei Atelier

Het Groei Atelier began in 2006 with a small group of coaches focused on coaching people in their 20s and 30s. It is a place where people in their 20s and 30s can learn and grow both personally and professionally.
All our coaches have experience in business and have been through their own thirty-something dilemma. This means that our professional coaches will be better able to understand what you’re going through by harnessing their own professional and personal experience

  • Have at least five years of corporate work experience
  • Completed a higher professional education (HBO) or research university (WO) diploma
  • Completed at least 2 accredited coaching courses
  • At least three years of experience as a coach or trainer

At your no obligation introductory session, your coach will work with you to identify your goals and recommend one of our coaching programmes.

Insight & Self-Awareness

During your coaching sessions, we will build your self-awareness so you can gain greater insight and understanding of your qualities, talents, skills, obstacles and challenges.

Self-Leadership

We will help you to develop your self-leadership and achieve real results. During this stage, we help you to make a plan, identify concrete actions and overcome challenges with confidence.

Review & Evaluation

Once you finish your coaching programme, the real challenge begins: putting what you’ve learnt into practice. We are always keen to hear about what you’ve learnt and how you found the process. Your feedback helps us to keep our standards high.

Het Groei Atelier created a unique coaching model. This model is based on various theories. In 4 steps you cooperate with the coach from your goal to a concrete result. In addition to this coaching model, we work with various instruments that have proven their effectiveness.

Self-awareness

The first step in every coaching programme is to identify your coaching goal. During your coaching sessions, we will build your self-awareness so you can gain greater insight and understanding of how you think, act and feel.

Potential

Your potential is the sum of your talents, skills and experience. It is your strength. Living and working from your strength is the path to happiness. In this phase you will also investigate what prevents you from harnessing your full potential.

Inspiration

Inspiration is what your heart goes for, what drives and motivates you. Living and working from inspiration gives energy. The other way around, it costs energy if you neglect your inspiration and personal drive.

Self-Leadership

Finally, we help to increase you personal leadership: achieve real results with new insights in self-awareness, inspiration and increased potential.
