I came to Zayra of Het Groei Atelier with many questions about my personal and professional development. She asked very good questions so that I not only found answers in myself, but also started asking the right questions about my own actions. Together we set achievable goals using the handy workbook. All sessions were very pleasant, honest and candid. I look back on this with great pleasure! Thanks!
At your no obligation introductory session, your coach will work with you to identify your goals and recommend one of our coaching programmes.
During your coaching session, we will build your self-awareness so you can gain better insight and understanding of your qualities, talents, skills, obstacles and challenges.
We will help you to develop your self-leadership and achieve real results. In this stage, we help you to make a plan, identify concrete actions and overcome challenges with confidence.
Once you finish your coaching programme, the real challenge begins: putting what you’ve learnt into practice. We are always keen to hear about what you’ve learnt and how you found the process. Your feedback helps us to keep our standards high.
Because we believe coaching should be accessible to everyone, we offer individuals and freelancers a discount. You can book single sessions or 4, 6 or 8 session programmes. Each session last approximately 1.5 hours.
