I like to think of coaching as a goal oriented process. You might feel stuck, unable to accomplish something that means a lot to you. You’re facing an important choice and you’re not sure how to interpret the many signals coming from your mind, emotions, friends and family. Or you’d like to broaden your horizon, but you’re not sure how exactly.
I will walk along with you for a bit. And you will find that the outcome of coaching is often uncovering experiences, perspectives and choices previously unavailable or unnoticed. Coaching sessions involve conversation, often mixed with working on different levels of perception and aspects related to a systemic approach.
Curious by nature, my professional experience ranges from commercial positions with corporate organisations to advising fast growing startups. And my personal life combines a love of the ocean with meditation practice and a personal search for inner tranquility.
To get the most out of coaching, you’ll have to be willing to put in an effort and focus on what matters most to you. Willingness to reflect on yourself, curiosity and energy are the basic ingredients for learning. Isn’t that what coaching is all about!
